Led by Passion. Driven by Care.

Building a new infrastructure for caregiving
is needed

Care does not fail because people don’t care; it fails because the systems around them were never designed to support care as work.

Every day, patients, families, and communities coordinate appointments, manage information, navigate benefits, and hold together fragmented systems often without tools, recognition, or support. This invisible labor is essential to outcomes, yet largely unstructured and undervalued.

My Work Product changes that.

We are building quietly.

Care is not a consumer experiment. It is an infrastructure. And infrastructure demands responsibility before scale. We have worked alongside patients, caregivers, navigators, and community-based organizations to understand where care breaks down, not just inside institutions, but in the spaces between them. Collecting data before a public announcement allows us to:

  • Refine our Community partners pilot programs
  • Reflect on real life workflows and problems, instead of making product assumptions
  • Build trust, governance, and stewardship as the basis for growth

We have been quiet until we could say, with integrity, that what we built reflects the people who informed it.

What we are building—

My Work Product is a community-centered care coordination platform designed around lived experience, not institutional convenience.
We transform caregiving from invisible labor into structured, supported work by:

  • turning care plans into shared, living workflows
  • supporting caregivers, navigators, and community organizations as first-class actors
  • enabling coordination before, during, and after clinical care
  • allowing community-based organizations to lead with trust, access, and adoption

We do not replace clinicians or health systems. We close the human gaps between them.

Our approach strengthens existing care ecosystems rather than bypassing them, because durable change happens with communities, not around them.

A Mission Rooted in Lived Experience

This work is deeply personal.

I worked as a Radiation Therapist, and I’ve cared for thousands of cancer patients whose outcomes depended not only on clinical treatment, but on the strength of their support systems outside the hospital.

I also witnessed that reality at home.

My mom worked days as a teacher’s assistant and nights as a care aide, while raising six children and caring for my dad, who was partially paralyzed and battling cancer. She coordinated care, managed logistics, advocated across systems, and carried emotional weight all without tools, compensation, or recognition.

She did essential work, but without acknowledgement.

My Work Product is meant for people like her, the unseen workers whose knowledge, coordination, and care keep families, communities, and systems functioning.
If this platform had existed then, she could have earned a living wage for the work she was already doing: caregiving, coordinating, and guiding others through hardship.

What We Believe

  • Care is holistic, logistical, and deeply human, not just clinical
  • Communities are not gaps to be filled, but partners to be trusted
  • Technology should strengthen stewardship, not extract value
  • Invisible labor deserves structure, support, and dignity.

We are now sharing our work publicly as we transition from quiet infrastructure-building to broader community collaboration.
Because when care is supported, everyone does better.
